Passion and experience with horses drove him to choose Animal Science and Equine Business Management as a career. He specialized with the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation as Instructor in Dressage, Show Jumping, and Eventing.

Creative entrepreneur, born & raised in Colombia, where she grew up surrounded by an equestrian world. Her experience with horses and business makes her an important part of the DML co-founder´s team.

Andrew has developed and trained two Chronicle Of The Horse “Horse of the Year” recipients. He also has judged -and continues to judge- the most prestigious competitions coast to coast. At DML Andrew is intricately involved in all aspects of both picking and training our clients horses both in the USA and Colombia.
